Sassy Savings Refund Policy

We pride ourselves in ensuring every customer has a great shopping experience with us. However, in the unfortunate event that you are not entirely satisfied with our product or delivery service we are more than happy for you to contact us to discuss any issues.

We will happily assist customers who wish to return or exchange goods purchased from Sassy Savings through our website or otherwise with some exclusions and conditions. Our return policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law Act.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You're also entitled to have the goods replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality but the failure does not amount to a major failure.

We will accept product returns and provide you with a replacement or refund, provided you notify us within 48hrs of delivery, where:

  • The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality; or
  • The product does not match its description; or
  • The product was damaged during delivery by us only (please note we take no responsibility should it be damaged in transit via postal or courier services)

Please retain your receipt, as we may require proof that you purchased the product from us. Our customer service team is contactable via email: customerservice@sassysavings.com.au should you need assistance. 

Return Conditions

We will offer a refund or exchange if the following conditions are met:

  • Consumer has proof of purchase (Receipt or Tax Invoice must be intact)
  • The product/s are sealed, unused, in original packaging and in a saleable condition as they were originally bought
  • the consumer has made contact with our customer service team within 48hrs of the goods being delivered

Exclusions

We will not provide a refund or replacement if the consumer:

  • has simply changed their mind, decides they don't like it or have no use for it; or
  • discovers they can purchase the goods or service cheaper elsewhere; or
  • has damaged the goods by using them in a way that is unreasonable; or
  • has consumed the product eg, food, cleaning products, cosmetics etc

Refunds

All refunds will be processed via the same method as payment for the purchase or a credit note. Any purchases made through PayPal will also be refunded through PayPal. All refunds, exchanges or replacements will be processed and delivered within 7 days of approval at time convenient for the consumer provided we are available at that time, otherwise alternate arrangements will be made as agreed to by both the consumer and Sassy Savings. Refunds may be subject to an administration fee depending on the reason for refund.
